It is with mixed emotions that we announce Dr. Rick Bare’s retirement from Asheville Urological Associates effective immediately.
The Physicians and Physician Assistants in the Asheville office will take over Dr. Bare’s practice for both the Marion and Hendersonville offices. They are all well trained providers, and you will have the same high quality urological care extended to you. For the short term, future appointments will need to be booked at the Asheville office.
We are in the process of opening a new Hendersonville office that will replace the current Hendersonville office. The location of the new office will be closer to downtown Hendersonville. We are expecting the new office to open sometime this fall. Several of our Asheville providers will rotate through this office on a weekly basis with increased availability for appointments.
For our Marion office, we are still in the process of determining which provider will rotate to this location. We are hoping to know more details by mid-August.
Of course, you may seek medical care from another doctor if you like. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or to another person you designate only with your permission. If you plan to continue your urological care with our office, you can contact our office to schedule an appointment.
