Savannah began to pursue a career as a physician assistant during her first year at UNC Chapel Hill. She worked as a nurse assistant in the outpatient pediatric and pediatric cardiology clinics at UNC Hospitals while completing her degree, and after matriculating, entered Physician Assistant school at ECU. She has worked extensively in five surgical specialties and deeply enjoys working in the operating room, as well as connecting with patients before and after surgery.
