A native of Wilmington, NC, Dr. Yarborough completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University. Dr. Yarborough has practiced urology in Asheville since 1988. Dr. Yarborough's special interests include hypogonadism (Low T), kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and prostate cancer. He offers multiple treatment options for prostate disorders, including the GreenLight™ Laser as treatment for benign prostate enlargement and cryotherapy as a minimally invasive treatment option for prostate cancer. Dr. Yarborough is a contact person for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), which is another minimally invasive prostate cancer treatment offered in the Bahamas.
